The V-Sharp XE (Xtreme Edge) is the world’s first adjustable, freehand, precision knife sharpener that keeps your knife at a consistent angle every time. It uses two high quality, 325 grit natural diamond honing rods that sharpen the blade on both sides simultaneously. It’s Ideal for Kitchen, Fillet, Hunting and most other flat-blade knives.
Note: the V-Sharp XE does not replace the V-Sharp Classic. It’s perfect for getting out of the house as it has been designed to be extremely lightweight (only 229 grams) and versatile while out in the field or boat. It is completely waterproof so you don’t have to worry about it rusting. Snap-in Rods make for quick angle & grit changes; just snap them out, choose the angle and snap back.
