Do SD Knives and Supplies ship internationally?
Due to many items in our catalog being ineligible for international shipping, we don’t offer this service. However, for Cross-border (Namibia), shipping can be organised on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us first before placing your order.
When will my order be delivered?
We’ll deliver your order within 2-6 working days, depending on stock availability. Business days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
How do I track my order online?
Once your package has been booked with the Courier Guy, a waybill/tracking number will be available on request.
You can enter this number on the Courier Guys tracking page (https://thecourierguy.pperfect.com).
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
To change the delivery address, please contact us directly to arrange.
Can you split my delivery, sending in-stock items first and the rest later?
On every product page, you can see whether an item is ‘in stock or if it is on ‘back order’ (fulfilled within 2-7 working days)
For the most efficient delivery service, we wait until all of your items arrive with us before delivering them to you in one go. This means that some back-ordered items could hold up the delivery of your in-stock items.
What happens if a product is missing from my shipment/delivery?
We are human and also make mistakes. If an item is missing, please contact us, providing us with your order number and confirmation of the item/s missing from your order. We will make the necessary arrangements with you.
Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?
If you select The Courier Guy at Checkout, you will need to specify your specific delivery requirement in the “Order Notes” section. We will communicate this to the courier but we can’t guarantee.
Will I have to sign for my package?
If you’re not able to receive your package personally you are welcome to address the delivery to a different recipient in the delivery address details. For further assistance, you can ask us a question via our contact page.
