FLUID FILM® is Eureka’s own unique lanolin-based brand of corrosion preventive and lubricant, used Worldwide in a multitude of industries and applications. Fluid Film is being used by Armscor, although in the USA it has a Mil spec. with the aerosol exceeding MIL-C-16173.

Ideal for preserving and protecting your prized Damascus and carbon steel knife blades from corrosion.

Always clean a blade after use, dry it properly and apply a thin layer of Fluid Film. You can heat the blade with a hairdryer, and then apply the Fluid Film. This helps the product to penetrate into the steel, making it more effective in preventing rust.

Description

FLUID FILM® is formulated from specially processed wool-wax, highly refined petroleum oils and selected agents to provide corrosion control, penetration, metal wetting and water displacement. These long-lasting products contain no solvents, will not dry out and will penetrate to the base of all metals, providing corrosion protection from both natural and industrial atmospheres. Heavily corroded and/or frozen parts such as nuts, bolts, shafts, etc. that would normally be damaged during maintenance, can be salvaged by applying FLUID FILM®.

One of the biggest problems or concerns with household products is the exposure of family members to harmful chemicals. FLUID FILM is a non-hazardous/non-toxic product; containing zero solvents and less than 1 percent VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds). Providing industrial strength corrosion protection and lubrication without the harshness of modern chemicals.

From interior service on locks and hinges to outdoor lawn & garden equipment, FLUID FILM has the added benefit of adding a gloss to painted surfaces and shining up plastic. FLUID FILM is also useful in the garage, with numerous applications for vehicles and tools, even lubricating garage door runners with a no-drip application that stays slick and won’t create a heavy dirt buildup.

    Forget about Q-20, forget about WD-40. Fluid film takes the rest of the competition to the cleaners.
    I use it on firearms, knives and even electrical contacts. It stays on and lubricates perfectly.
    It is plastic and rubber safe.
