Nickel Powder is ideal for making mosaic Damascus. It adds the shiny contrast to high carbon steel powders when used in canister Damascus.
It is used to enhance corrosion resistance and as a metal binder to increase the toughness of hard metals. It is a black lustrous metal powder which is hard and ductile in nature. Nickel is one of three elements that are ferromagnetic at room temperature.
