The pyramidal structure of the structured abrasive and the uniform blocky distribution of the abrasive in successive layers give GATOR belts an exceptional cutting capacity.
Using Trizact belts means fewer belt changes and fewer grades to use to achieve the same or even better finish.
Best results are obtained with a medium hardness (50-70 Shore A) rubber contact wheel.
